Beams and Braces provides composite decking installation, garden room construction, fencing, pergola building, and associated outdoor structure services across Norfolk and Suffolk. All work is carried out by our own team or approved subcontractors.
All quotations are provided free of charge following a site survey. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A quote does not constitute a contract, a contract is formed only when both parties have signed the agreed schedule of works.
Payment terms will be set out in your individual contract. We typically require a deposit prior to commencement of work, with the balance due on practical completion. We accept bank transfer.
Trex composite decking installed by Beams and Braces is covered by the manufacturer's 25-year limited residential warranty. Our workmanship carries a 2-year installation warranty. Details of all warranties will be provided in writing upon completion of your project.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will depend on the stage of your project and the costs already incurred. Details are set out in your individual contract.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our total liability in any matter arising from a contract shall not exceed the value of that contract.
