Platinum
TrexPRO Certified Installer
Norfolk's only TrexPRO Platinum team. Verified by Trex directly.
Trex runs a three-tier installer programme: TrexPRO, TrexPRO Plus, and TrexPRO Platinum. Platinum is the highest tier, awarded only to installers who demonstrate consistent installation standards, technical training, and a high volume of completed projects.
As a Platinum-accredited team, we receive direct technical support from Trex, access to the full product range, and our installations are eligible for Trex's extended workmanship warranty on top of the standard 25-year product warranty. It's not a label we bought, it's one we earned project by project.
Three tiers: TrexPRO, Plus, Platinum
Platinum is the top tier. Fewer than 5% of Trex installers in the UK hold this certification.
Extended workmanship warranty
Platinum installers carry a workmanship warranty alongside Trex's 25-year product warranty.

We have direct access to Trex's technical team, meaning faster solutions if anything unusual comes up on your project.

Trex composite decking carries a 25-year fade and stain warranty. With basic cleaning, your deck will look as good in year 20 as it did on day one, something no timber deck can promise.
No. Trex boards have a textured, slip-resistant surface designed to perform in wet conditions. They're commonly used around pools, hot tubs, and in high-rainfall areas, including Norfolk's coast.
Very little. No sanding, staining, or sealing, ever. A basic clean with warm soapy water and a brush a few times a year is all that's needed.
Yes, it's one of the most popular applications. The slip-resistant surface and moisture resistance make Trex composite ideal for pool surrounds and wet areas.
Composite has a higher upfront cost than timber, but when you factor in zero maintenance costs and a 25+ year lifespan versus 10–15 for timber, it works out significantly cheaper long-term.
We cover all of Norwich, Norfolk, and parts of Suffolk, including Cromer, Wymondham, Great Yarmouth, Wroxham, and the Norfolk Broads. Free site visits included, no location surcharge.
