We use high-performance insulation in the walls, floor, and roof so the space is comfortable in winter and cool in summer. You can add a dedicated heating unit, air conditioning, or both. A standard insulated garden room typically takes 1 to 3 weeks on site depending on size and specification. This includes groundwork, the timber frame structure, insulation, cladding, roofing, windows, and interior finishing. We'll give you a clear build programme at quote stage.
